- 1 egg white
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- Tea Soul Matcha Powder
- 1 cup milk, or half of the glass/mug of your choosing
- Whisk or frothed or any kind of mixer
1. Whip egg white and sugar for about 8-10 minutes or until glossy and frothy with a whisk, frothier or mixer.
2. Sift in Tea Soul’s Matcha Powder. Whisk it in until smooth and blended in.
3. If you want your milk warm, heat it up beforehand. Otherwise, add milk to your glass/mug. Top off with your whipped matcha and drink up!!
